Concrete Polishing

We provide a two component epoxy that creates bold, permanent traffic lines on industrial and commercial concrete floors. This durable, high build epoxy resin floor coating creates very thick lines that outlast and outwear regular traffic lines. TotalCare Resurfacing provides high performance line paint of choice for identifying walkways and aisle ways, marking hazard zones and loading areas, and delineating crosswalks where forklift traffic occurs – just to name a few. This epoxy line marking system is recommended for use in production areas, warehouses, and tool rooms.

Our Epoxy paints are noted for their excellent bonding properties which enable them to go the distance and last for years longer than regular oil or acrylic paints. It is a 100% solids epoxy line marking system, so it can be applied at any thickness.

Polished concrete has a high shine which brightens a room, adds light to a workspace, and creates a much more professional and sophisticated looking facility.

When installing floor coatings is not an option, there is still a way to make your concrete floors stand out! Concrete polishing enhances the natural beauty of concrete. Our process involves densifying the concrete with impregnating hardeners and grinding with diamond tooling. Through this process we can achieve high shine, attractive, durable finishes for your existing concrete - without installing a coating.

At TotalCare Resurfacing, we take great pride in providing customized solutions to meet our customers’ needs. We will visit your facility, assess your space, listen to your needs, and make recommendations accordingly. While our floor coatings are a phenomenal way to protect your flooring investment, polished concrete floors are another way to enhance your space and increase the durability of your flooring.

Client's can choose from a range of diamond grit finishes ranging from 120 polish grit with a variety of sealer options up to the Hiperfloor Super Polishing System of 3,000 polish grit. There is a  polished concrete floor to suit every budget and need.

Concrete polishing is a process of diamond grinding the concrete surface then applying premium hardener, densifier and sealer to change the molecular structure of the concrete surface wear zone. Concrete polishing hardener system reacts with the concrete to produce insoluble calcium silicate hydrate within the concrete pores. Treated surfaces resist damage from water and surface abrasion. The increased surface hardness by concrete polishing reduces dusting and simplifies maintenance producing a cleaner, healthier environment. Once the concrete polishing system has been installed there is no problem with peeling, chipping, and flaking
